An appointment is the right first step for a custom piece, for resetting a stone you already own, or simply to talk through carat and clarity with someone rather than reading grades on a page.

Send us your name, how to reach you, a couple of times that suit you, and a line about what you have in mind. We confirm within one business day and suggest another time if the one you picked is taken.

Appointments are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern.

Appointments are by video or by phone. If you would rather just write, that works too — the same people answer.
