Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece from the collection. Made-to-order and custom pieces are built for one person and one set of choices, so they cannot be returned — tell us before you order if you are unsure, and we will talk it through.

To be accepted, a returned piece must be unused, unworn and in exactly the condition it arrived in, with all original packaging, the diamond certificate and any paperwork included.

Return shipping is at your cost. We do not send prepaid labels. Use a carrier that is trackable and fully insured, and keep proof of postage.

Packing: put the jewelry in its original box, then the box inside a sturdy outer carton, sealed so nothing moves in transit. For your own security, do not write "jewelry" or "diamonds" anywhere on the outside.

To start a return, write to us with your order number and the reason. We approve the return first, then you ship.

Refunds are issued once the piece has arrived and been inspected. If there are signs of wear, alteration or damage, we contact you with the details and any deduction before going further. Approved refunds reach the original payment method within seven business days.
