Warranty and care

Every VeraLuxe piece carries a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship faults under normal wear.

Covered: prongs that loosen and need tightening or re-tipping; small accent diamonds lost because of a craftsmanship fault; clasps, links and chains that fail in normal wear; structural or design faults from the original making. We repair or replace at no cost.

Not covered: loss or theft; damage from accidents, impact, misuse or neglect; work done by another jeweler; ordinary wear such as scratches, dents and surface dulling; resizing beyond what the setting can safely take; damage from chemicals or improper care.

To keep the warranty valid, have maintenance and repairs done by us or by a service partner we name.

Cleaning and inspection are complimentary for life: prong and setting checks, steam cleaning, polishing and general upkeep. Most service work is finished within seven to fourteen business days, depending on how involved it is.

The lifetime warranty covers workmanship, not loss. For loss, theft or accidental damage, insure the piece separately — we can point you to insurers who cover jewelry.
